My decision to return to work after a brief retirement included all four of the above items.
The prospect of moving across the country, deciding on an area, finding a home, as well as the logistics of purchasing a new home were daunting.
I made an exploratory trip to the area and did some private house hunting. I found a gated community (where we eventually purchased) and was not allowed to enter.
The security guard told me “there is only one person for you to talk to if you want to buy a home… Dale Wire”.
He wrote her number on a piece of paper and as they say… that was that.
I phoned Dale later that day and we quickly went to work.

She was (and is) more than a real estate agent.
In a world where so many people see their jobs as a means to an end, a payday, a necessity… Dale does not.
Dale takes her job and responsibility personally and she regularly goes above and beyond to serve her client.
I cannot begin to tell you how many times Dale put her personal time aside to make sure anything and everything was being done to make this event as simple and smooth as possible.
My wife (who remained on the east coast) regularly was in touch with Dale to discuss questions she had about the home. Dale was always there when we needed her.
Most people never see their real estate agent after they close. Our relationship with Dale (and her family) continues to grow as well as my respect for her business woman and friend.
