Meet the Team:

Dale Wire: is an experienced, dedicated, and awarded real estate professional. Dale is extremely passionate about serving her clients as evident by her repetitive referral business that she continues to receive.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dale was a surgical nurse at St. John’s Hospital for 22 years. Dale has transferred her caring nature from patients to clients and consistently exceeds their expectations. Dale is a designated Previews Specialist representing luxury real estate clientele and holds an E-Pro Certification.

Tom Wire: is a litigation attorney and has been practicing contract and personal injury law locally for over 30 years.  Tom has a certificate in negotiation and mediation from UC Santa Barbara and is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers in the United States. Tom is a Real Estate Broker as well and provides clients with critical advice regarding negotiation, contracts, and often handles key business matters for the team.

Ryan Wire: has been working in residential real estate for the past 6 years. Ryan has extensive advertising and marketing skills, as well as, computer and internet expertise.  Ryan continues to broaden his network and market knowledge in order to better serve his clients, including an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, E-Pro Certification and is working towards obtaining his Broker’s license. Ryan is extremely passionate and dedicated to providing excellent service and believes that longevity in the industry is based on satisfied clients.

Marilyn MacDonald: has been an active realtor since 1985. Marilyn has been a top producer in the Conejo Valley, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Oxnard.  In her long career she has worked as a listing and selling agent, new home sales agent and a property management agent. Marilyn’s true love has always been in re-sale and finds great reward in taking excellent care of all her clients. Living in the area all her life, Marilyn has great confidence in her knowledge of all the surrounding cities and has had continued success in finding the right location for every single client. Marilyn continues to expand her real estate knowledge through classes and seminars and has recently added the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Shannon Harding: has been a Real Estate agent for 11 years and brought with her the skills that she used in her previous career in Medical Management. Recognizing that the real estate transaction can be stressful, she is committed to anticipating her client’s needs and responding to them immediately. Shannon believes in the importance of providing information, instruction and insight about the buying and selling process to her clients. Communication is priority #1. With that focus, Shannon maintains continuous contact and follow-up with her clients. Shannon also has up to date market knowledge of pricing and trends as she has experienced several real estate markets during her career.

Cheryl Burt: has lived with her family in the Westlake Village/Agoura Hills area since 1971 and has been a full time Realtor since 1987. She has been a top producer and has mentored new agents. Her strengths are constant communication with her buyers and sellers, closely listening to their needs, and staying on top of vital new information through education. For sellers, she aims for the best price in the shortest amount of time. For buyers, her goal is always the most home for the best possible price. For both buyers and sellers, she facilitates and prides herself on a smooth escrow.
